What we do
Supplier Research & Qualification
We identify and evaluate manufacturers that match the customer’s technical, quality, and production requirements. Our sourcing network covers Vietnam, China, and other Southeast Asian countries, allowing us to compare costs, capacities, and compliance levels efficiently.
Sampling & Prototyping
We manage every stage of product development, including prototype creation and sampling. This process ensures that all materials, accessories, finishes, and packaging comply with the customer’s expectations before production starts.
Production Management
Once the sample is approved, we coordinate and supervise production with continuous follow-up. We work closely with factories to ensure timelines, technical consistency, and quality standards are respected throughout the process.
Quality Control
We organize in-line and final inspections, carried out either directly or through independent agencies. Our goal is to detect issues early, avoid delays, and guarantee that the final goods meet the approved specifications.
Logistics & Export Support
We assist in organizing shipments, export documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders. Our support covers both FOB and EXW shipments, depending on the client’s requirements.
